For example, on a cold winter night, icicles form on the eaves of my house. If the next morning is sunny and warm, the icicles will naturally melt and become water. However, it would be almost impossible to define exactly how much of it is ice and how much is water.
In this way, nature is constantly changing, not on a second-by-second basis, but on a much finer time scale. In fact, there is probably very little that we can perceive with any precision.
If you listened to this track while working on some task, you would not notice that what started out as a solid has turned into a liquid. No, even if you listened intently with headphones on, it would be impossible to pinpoint the point at which the solid turns into a liquid.
This is the world in which we live.
